development as well as residential. You will find hotels, shopping centers,
restaurants, varieties of amusements, condo/townhomes and beach homes.

Colington Harbour and if you are a boater, you will love the amenities it has to
offer.

Further on you'll come to seven ocean to sound villages. Five of them being very popular
for rental investments; Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, Avon, Buxton. Frisco and Hatteras
are mostly more permanent homes with Hatteras being famous for it's fishing.
Ocracoke:
A charming very secluded 14 mile island, which is only
accessible by ferry. Once the home of the pirate named
"Blackbeard.'' Property ranges here vary. There isn't a lot of property
and this makes appreciation rates very good. A fewer number of rental homes reduces
the availability, therefore making the demand for rentals fantastic.
